Using The Battery Guy to test and replace our golf car batteries was the best decision I could have made. We had initially planned to remove the batteries, go to Costco (or somewhere), load them in a cart, and get what was needed. Then, go home and install it ourselves. That is a LOT of heavy lifting and hoping we did it right. Enter The Battery Guy. Online scheduling was simple. They arrived in the scheduled window and Edgar was very professional, informative, and pleasant to work with. The only heavy lifting I had to do was with my credit card, and it was the same price it would have been with us doing the work. I also learned how to charge the batteries correctly and was given other helpful tips on keeping the car in good condition. I will call The Battery Guy again when needed, and I am letting others in our 55+ park use The Battery Guy. ~ Barb B

I couldn't be more satisfied. I shopped online and so knew what 6 new batteries for our golf cart would cost beforehand. I called to make an appointment (could have done this online too but like dealing with a human being whenever there's an option) and the service guy showed up on time. Even though the weather was awful. Wind blowing 30 knots, a temp of 45 degrees and black sky shouting "big rain coming any minute". The whole process took less than 45 minutes after I puled the golf cart in the street where the work was done. The new batteries were fully charged too. I didn't expect that. I should be set for 6 more years. ~ Rodger B

I had lithium batteries installed my cart in January and after returning from the summer the batteries perform beautifully. However today my cart just stopped in the middle of the street. I called Gale from the battery guys, I believe he is the owner , and he happened to be in town and came over A short while later. He got my cart off the road and brought it to my house where he found the problem was my charger not the batteries. My Volt meter on the cart was not working and did not indicate that my charger was not operating appropriately. He recalibrated my charger and now it works fine. He is going to order a proper Volt meter from my cart to work with the lithium batteries.. He is a very responsible businessman knowledgeable and fair. Definitely would recommend him . I did price out lithium batteries at other places and they were far more expensive. I am not sure where the less than favorable reviews came from as as my experience was the experience was exceptional ~ Paul B

Max came over for a yearly checkup and WOW was he quick, knowledgeable and darn right nice!! He explained everything about the cart that I just got used as well as my old one. He installed a voltmeter for me., and explain more than I can go into here!!!! I’ve used these guys since 2010 For batteries and any problems I have with my club car. I highly recommend their business as they are capable of doing just about anything you need on your golf cart. ~ Gerald C

Sean came to put new batteries in our newly purchased golf cart today. We bought the cart which is in pristine condition except that it had sat in a garage for the past 3 years and the batteries were stone cold dead. He had the new ones installed and our cart charging in a half hour or so. Very knowledgeable and professional. He is coming back next week to do a maintenance for us as well. Our church has a lift and needed 4, 6-bolt batteries. They are expensive. Not only did he have the right ones at a cheaper price, but he installed them, helped us with cables, and made sure everything was right before he left. What amazing service - with a warranty even. Today my wife and I were moving (struggling) a large planter located in the Highlands at Dove Mountain from one home to another (love my neighbors ). A man (Shane)pulled up next to us and asked if we need any help. We accepted and he was the main reason we were able to get it up a small incline and to its new home. EzGo died on a busy street. Got service in less than 2 hours. Battery cable corroded and broke. Replaced in less than 10 minutes at no charge. I am so grateful for this great service. ~ Jean s
